- API access for programmatic data retrieval (when available)
- Data portability rights under GDPR
Intellectual Property
- Metric Panda analytics technology is open source (MIT License)
- Bamboo Stats branding and platform remain our property
- You retain rights to your website content and data
- Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the Service
Service Availability & Changes
- We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We may modify features with reasonable notice
- Service discontinuation requires 90 days notice
- Emergency changes may be made for security reasons
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for business decisions based on analytics data
- Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party integrations or failures
- Force majeure events exclude liability
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.
Account Termination
Voluntary Termination

- Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
Termination for Cause

- Illegal activity or abuse of the Service

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:

- Continued use constitutes acceptance
Governing Law & Disputes
- Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada
- Disputes subject to Canadian federal and provincial courts
